The 100 mile route begins at Lympne, near Hythe, heads west and then down to and along the Royal Military Canal into Hythe and then follows the trail anti-clockwise over the White Cliffs of Dover. It continues along the coast to Sandwich Bay and up to the north of the county to Herne bay and Whitstable, before heading down towards the city of Canterbury, through the Elham Valley and finally finishing back in Lympne.
